About Us

Coming from a mechanical engineering background, Electrical engineering and Design... The Rebel Team know how to make Mods and growing to 8 people strong now. They have been making 3D Printed Mods supporting ESAUCE and working with other brands in the UK & Europe for 4 years now.
We decided to design a series of Mods to compliment the other hardware on the market and give consumers a wider yet different choice of devices to choose from and play with. Our own Mod development under our own brand, with free reign allows us to really utilise our skills to their full potential with no limitations but time! Of course we are still learning and developing as we grow with this super fast paced industry, its demands and your feedback.
Our mods have been hand crafted and we have literally spent months upon months developing our ideas, the process is far from easy. We hope you love our mods as much as us. Our new line up is just the first in a long series of ever increasing complexity... revolution is key for us, making things smarter and better, hence the name Rebel.

Our series 1 collection completed Summer 2017 and we will then spent the rest of year developing round 2. Series 1 so far has brought some amazing innovations - we delivered 3 new concepts:  Nano tech dye, 3 step processing and Blend body materials. Now in 2019 we have advanced that process and lead the market in 3D print development and innovation....

1 - Hi Pro Colour and FADE PROOF Ally Black and Grey. Our new market leading innovations that are true fade proof and solid colour material.
Normally 3D printed mods come in white, this is due to the Nylon powder blend base large SLS machines use. PA12 is used also which is a Black/grey but can be brittle or difficult to work with and still must be coloured.
We have a pure solid colour Grey sourced in Europe to the highest standards. Our materials and processes are unique and sadly we can't share all our details with you :)
2 - 3 Step processing - Again Rebel separates itself here. Used in some parts of aerospace plastics development, these 3 processes use a combination of ceramic bead cleaning, sand blasting/vaccuming and a special hardening agent. we can't say any more, but that smooth yet rough feel is down to this beautiful and intricate bit of engineering by our in house genius Tobias himself.
3 - Finally Blend body materials - this isnt your typical Nylon mod, we use a tri-blend of materials to enhance its strength and have the heat resistance and flexibility needed with an everyday vaping device. You can also freely clean your device without any worry of easy scratching

Beautiful device. The fit and finish on my Rebel dual 18650 DNA250C is flawless. The battery door fits perfect, the screen is correctly positioned, and the black adjustable and spring loaded 510 sits perfectly flush. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The mod is super lightweight and a pleasure to use. The fire button has a bit of resistance to it but I kinda like it that way as I don't have to worry about it firing in my pocket even with it unlocked.Would absolutely purchase it again or another Rebel mod (perhaps a squonk mod). Day 1: Fantastic. It’s been an experience waiting for the item to arrive. For the better. Landed in good shape, compliant to the order. Esauce sent me the extra door ordered black instead of red. I won’t make a return for that, out of UK. This mod is consistently performing well, it’s day one, lightweight, the chipset is a computer on its own. I bought this after several electronic mods. This should have been my go to. Jai Haze review kept it real. Esauce makes it possible. You will feel the dedication in your hand, the reliability, the experience of vaping. It breathes quality all the way. The fire button, the door not loose but firm. Essential, simple effective and Made in Britain.
